Collect your parcel from your nearest PUDO locker.
Door-to-Door Courier: R135
Have your order delivered directly to your door.
Free delivery on orders of R750 or more.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier volumes.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Can I return my order?
Yes. KurkKlik offers a 90-day money-back guarantee. Products must meet the return requirements outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assist with a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
