Orders and Availability

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example if an item is out of stock or we are unable to deliver to your address. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver nationwide through Pudo. At checkout you can choose between locker-to-locker delivery (R89) and door-to-door delivery (R135). Orders over R700 qualify for free delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our control. Please make sure your delivery details are correct, as we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you.

Safe Use of Products

Our products include electric and rechargeable items. Please follow the instructions supplied with each product, use only the charging cable provided or a suitable replacement, and keep devices away from water while charging.
