If you're not satisfied with your KurkKlik product, you can return it within 90 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.

Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
✓ Returned within 90 days of delivery
✓ In its original packaging, with all accessories included (e.g. charging cable, stoppers, caps)
✓ Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

How to Return an Item

We'll reply with return instructions and the drop-off address.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty or we sent the wrong item. In those cases, we'll cover the return costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
